How does the rental process work? +
Our rental process is simple: Browse our collection, select your dress and rental dates, complete your booking, receive your dress 1-2 days before your event, wear and enjoy, then return using our prepaid shipping label.
What if the dress doesn't fit? +
We offer free exchanges if the dress doesn't fit, provided you contact us within 2 hours of delivery. We'll expedite a replacement size if available. Please refer to our detailed size guide before ordering to ensure the best fit.
How long is the rental period? +
Our standard rental period is 4 days, which includes 1 day for delivery, 1 day for your event, and 2 days for return shipping. You can extend your rental for additional days at a pro-rated fee if the dress is available.
What is your cancellation policy? +
You can cancel your rental for a full refund up to 7 days before your rental start date. Cancellations within 7 days receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we cannot refund cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery.
Do you offer cleaning services? +
Yes! Professional cleaning is included in your rental price. After you return the dress, we handle all cleaning and maintenance. Please do not attempt to clean the dress yourself as this may damage delicate fabrics.
What happens if I damage the dress? +
We offer damage protection for minor incidents like small stains or loose threads. For significant damage, repair fees will apply based on the extent of damage. All dresses are professionally inspected before and after each rental.
